    US Airways Sooo Baaad

Our family flew on US Airways to get to and return from San Juan.  This was the debarkation point for our Summer Cruise.

What a mistake.  We didn't know any better, but we do now.

    NEVER fly US Airways

I've been on many airlines.  This company has no concept of "customer service".  OK, flying is not easy with increased security and cost cutting.  But, let me tell you, this company will be the next to hit the chopping block.

I found this article when searching for a snap.  Man do I agree with this editorial....   For us, we departed Cleveland on June 12th with a connecting fligt in Philadelphia.  Our return flight was on the 19th into Philadelphia with an unschedule overnight  stay       and final destination in Cleveland on the 20th.
